The Nova Scotia Health Authority needs your help.

They're looking for at least 13 people from across the province to be part of a new panel that will advise on cancer care.

Erika Nicholson, the Senior Director of Nova Scotia Cancer Care Program says the council will provide valuable feedback.

"Patient voice grounds our work in the cancer care program. We're looking to this council to provide advice on our overall direction," says Nicholson.

Anyone who has had experience with cancer is encouraged to apply for the panel.

Applications are being accepted until October 20th.
