If you're a student and you love hockey, then the LCLC in Bridgewater is where you'll want to be next Wednesday, April 25th, 2018.
A grueling 68 day tournament of the top 100 female Midget Teams from across the country, but only two will compete for the top prize here in Nova Scotia's South Shore, the ESSO Cup.
All students from across Queens and Lunenburg Counties can see the game, between Ontario and Quebec, for free at 3:30pm on April 25th.
ESSO Cup Committee Member, Tina Hennigar, says it's a great opportunity to see high calibre Team Canada women's hockey up close.
"It's an amazing experience for all students in Luneburg (and Queens) Counties to come and see the calibre of female hockey that we have in our country," says Hennigar. "Come with your friends, it's embedded day, so what better thing to do on a Wednesday than come and watch this once in a lifetime chance to see tis calibre of hockey."
The ESSO Cup runs from April 22nd to the 28th, 2018.
